Terrible practice who is not professional at all! Will not answer phone calls and then I show up and they are just a sitting there talking on the phone. Make people wait for an hour in the office with out communicating and then also say the doctors is not in the office and then I show up and there he is. They do not care about their patients at all I would not go here at all.
I had doctor Benjamin Harris, and I preferred him over all, Denton and Mercer were both very good as well, but Harris did most of my appointments during my pregnancy and also my follow ups, he also delivered my daughter. He always listened to me and answered all my questions and concerns with care and never once made me feel uncomfortable or anxious. He was always so kind even with me being a young first time mother.

First, I want to say I really like Janet Wilkes, PA. She is amazing. Incredibly intelligent. Awesome bedside manner. My issue is with billing. Per my pcp, I am to have an annual every year due to past lab results. My insurance only covers one every two years. They should have known this. Now. I am learning from my pcp that they should have coded the visit differently and submitted to my insurance company. THEY ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT HELP ME.
