I was so fortunate to have happened upon Dr. James Fordyce when we moved to Hayesville, NC. I was one of his first patients in his newly opened satellite office there. We absolutely love Dr. Fordyce. I will never return to this office. Dr Stirton is great, but the admin in this office is shameful. To start, I had to mail my MRI disc to their office before seeing a doctor. The office lost my scans (i know since i confirmed that they were delivered with the shipping company) and they asked me to resend the disc. I did, and when I made it to my appointment with a doctor, they couldn’t find the scans once again. My Total Knee surgery has been successful and I am grateful. Medicine is different these days. I saw the surgeon twice. Once pre op and once post op. No return calls from nursing staff regarding my post op concerns. I saw David Zollinger PA twice post op. My appreciation goes to my skilled surgeon and a good outcome. 🤔 this place has me wondering, you need appointment for that and than another appointment for this, on follow up appts to get X-rays results and MRI results I was charged a copay over and over and yet to physically see my results 🤷just told it's real bad. They tell you they are going to call a prescription in for you but twice now my pharmacy has received nothing.
