Just like typical fashion Union General taking their sweet time to do anything. Almost ZERO people here and have been waiting TWO AND A HALF hours to get seen. Absolutely the sorriest group of people and PUBLIC Servants on the ENTIRE Planet.
Everyone wS super nice and caring and happy eventhough their day was going to be non stop I got the care I needed! Wait times can be long but every walk in clinic is like this!
Arrived at 9, signed in and waited with my sick 4 yr old. Sat there for 2 hours and saw people go in and out the whole time. So I ask the front desk how much longer, she said " oh I guess you got skipped". So I said ok well can the doctor see us soon? No, come back tomorrow. We are at full capacity and we take our lunch break soon. Nobody apologized and was brushed off.
Revising review. Used to be great has gone down hill very fast. I would NO longer recommend .Excellent love everyone there very nice and professional. The nurse practitioner is FANTASTIC. Would highly recommend
Waited for almost 3 hours to have my 7 month olds ears looked at. Kept being told 5 mins, 10 mins, 30 mins…. When I went to the front to see why it was taking so long supposedly the Doctor went in our room, saw we weren’t there and then moved on to the next patient. I don’t believe this because I saw no one walking up to the front which is why I ended up at the front desk to get someone to talk to.
