It feels like management got annoyed with having to wait for powerlifters at commercial gyms and are now taking out their frustrations on the powerlifters at Union. There's no business reason to alienate your most reliable customers this way. Without the strength lab, the gym is hotel quality. Recently, I've become incredibly unsatisfied with this gym after being a member for several years. They have replaced several experienced trainers for no reason. I'd venture to assume it was a cost cutting initiative and nothing more. What really pushed me over the edge was seeing the replies from the management company through Google... Terrible customer service here. No one ever at the front desk always a sign saying someone is around but never get a chance to speak to someone. No phone calls answered and no email response. Some of the front desk staff looks bothered to greet you IF they are sitting there.
