They do not care for their patients as they should. I have a prescription to help me sleep and they insist on me making another appointment. I've explained to them that I haven't slept more than an hour a night for over a month and yet they refuse to call in to my pharmacy enough just to get me through my next appointment, which was going to be a week from now.
