Very disappointed in your service. I'm a Brunswick resident who has three family members who need glasses. I made an appointment well in advance explaining what type of insurance I had and was never told to bring anything with me. Afcsme told me that we don't have insurance cards all I need is my social security card. I have worked in the medical field for a long time and have never seen service so poor.
