Have been waiting 5 weeks for a box of contacts I ordered. When I called last week, I was told to “wait until I hear from them.”

Had an appointment for an eye exam today. After filling out the paperwork, I was asked to pay my $10.00 co-pay. I gave the my Health Savings Account Credit Card. I was informed the optometrist who would be doing my eye exam was not set up to take credit cards. NOTHING about paying cash when I made the appointment. The only other option I was given was to reschedule. Yes would say this warrants a terrible rating.
