Good service called last week to get my daughters glasses, less then 1 week and they are already in fast service
I've been waiting 5 weeks for my glasses. I've called several times for an ETA and have been told that I will get a call when the glasses arrive. They should have taken 2 weeks (I was told it may be a little longer because of my prescription, I had no problem with that.) I called after 3 weeks, was told I would get a call the next business day. No call. I called after 4 weeks, was told the glasses were nearly ready and I'd get a call when there was more info. Worst customer service..ever went into order contacts that were lost during travel, I was refused a trail pair, my eye doctor would not even acknowledge my presence..just plain did not care... I begged for help. " I CAN'T SEE". Told by manager it is not there policy to give trails and " don't run out of contacts ". Nice..in a perfect world! We went to Pearl vision and was treated excellence. Union Eye Care just cares about the money and not the patient needs.
