Always first class service and Attention, Very Knowledgeable staff
The staff is always so kind and the doctors are extremely knowledgeable and caring.
Today I had a very disappointing experience with the female vet Patty, during our family puppy’s visit. He was really nervous and instead of creating a calm and supportive environment, she seemed dismissive and disrespectful toward him and me. What upset me most were her many hurtful comments throughout the whole experience such as “a year behind in training,” even though he is only five months old puppy. Wonderful staff from the front desk to everyone behind the scenes. They all work hard to continually help keep our pets healthy! Recently we had an emergency, and Dr. Cipullo & Alexis Ramos sprang into action to help our Wiley cat recover.
Brought my dog in and come to find out he has diabetes. The doctor was very calm and eased all my fears, took the time to answer all the questions I had and made sure I knew this wasn’t the end. I had to come back in to relearn how to give the insulin and Alexis the technician that taught me, she showed me how to manage with my arthritic hands and comforted me and made me feel so much better about this whole situation.
