The nurse that took my information was friendly and patient. The x-Ray technician explained everything clearly, and Dr. Messina sat down and spoke with me before and after examining my back. He asked if I had any questions, and I did not feel rushed at all. He was kind and professional and the entire appointment was very efficient and helpful!
