Dr. Thompson was absolutely excellent. From the moment I walked in, the office staff was friendly and welcoming. He truly took his time with me, addressed all of my concerns thoroughly, and helped me get the treatment I genuinely needed. After seeing three other doctors for my shoulder and still feeling stressed and unheard, Dr. Thompson completely changed that experience.
