My experience with union colony and nationwide insurance has been very disappointing the last year. After six years of the rates going up. I cancelled and went to another company. After that nationwide sent a bill for time that the other company had my coverage.then turned it over to collection. Nice way to treat a customer.
In my experience, insurance companies are entirely awful to work with. On the other hand Reilly and his associates have just been a pleasure to work with. They found me the best pricing on insurance, answer the phone every time I have a question and are super quick to get me what I need. I can’t recommend these guys enough.
Reilly was very helpful! Made looking for insurance so much easier. No stress and very thorough in his explanations. I would recommend him to anyone!
Nice people and I insured here for several years but ultimately they didn’t provide the value I expected from an insurance broker and I won’t be back.
