It was great he explained everything nice and plain.
They would call and never leave messages (8 times) then texted and we spoke via someone’s cell- but their online price on one site was - under 10k their personal site was 1.5 times that and the text, wasn’t sure they could honor the 3rd party website price.. additionally there was mis information regarding the colour of the interior/heated seats and awd or rwd ... it took photos via text to figure that out ..
Great customer Service I just purchased another car
It was my first time buying from such dealership and experience was horrible. I recently bought a Mercedez from this dealership which was financed. I took the car home and it started engine problem from day one which I believe the dealership knew about before selling. This was a horrible experience for me.
It was not a positive experience and I would not recommend them to anybody. I called the dealership about a car. I was told the car had been sold. The next day the dealership called and wanted me to talk to the used car car manager so he could get my financial information to put me in the car that had already been sold! I never said I was going to buy that car sight unseen, I never said I would be financing a car either. I do not give out my financial information lightly. I requested photos of the vehicle since there were none in the advertisement. They responded with asking me to come test drive the vehicle, however never sent photos as I requested. I refuse to go look at a vehicle if the dealer does not post or provide photos.
