Best CrossFit gym I've been to. Love this place after moving to Union City. Coaches are great and programming from head coach Demetrius is well thought out and actually will make you improve.

Excelente clase de hoy .. sobretodo el coach PABLO muy pendiente de la clase , incluso destinó tiempo para un ESTIRAMIENTO de al menos 10 MINUTOS para evitar lesiones , pone las necesidades de los clientes por encima de todo. EXCELENTE SERVICIO .. 5 ESTRELLAS es poco para lo que hacen… Eso si pone regueton sin miedo
