This is more than likely the worst banking experience I have ever had. My account was placed on “freeze” because of potential fraudulent activity being done to my account. I call the department and I am immediately treated like some criminal. They did not act like they wanted to help me. They acted as if I was the criminal or commuting fraud on my own account. I had my ATM card retained seven times. No one would help me, no one followed up. If I really needed some cash I would’ve been screwed because it would take my card and I couldn’t even use it anywhere else I transferred my account to Cal Coast Today I went to close my account but the branch is closed on Saturday and they close the other branch that was close to my house altogether.
Understaffed, do not care about customers, very poor customer support compared to WF or BoFA or Chase at mira mesa.
