This is the 3rd time the ATM has taken my deposit cash and failed to count or credit them. Their investigation takes weeks and are not prompt at getting back with results. I have to call for updates daily. Terrible ATM and customer service. Will find a new bank asap. Tired of having to go in during hours and explaining and waiting.
Never heard of a bank turning away money but thats what happened when i tried to sign up for a checking account. Bank across the street happily accepted me.
They've always been very helpful when I would come in to cash my check. At the time I didn't have an account and was directed to the kiosk which was super easy and free. One day I came in 20 mins till closing and Roland helped me with opening up an account it was super fast and my card came in the mail within 3 days. I recommend this branch to anyone looking
