I have taken my pets here for 25 years. It sure has changed since Dr Jones retired! It now a BUSINESS that deals with animals, instead of a vet that cares about the health of your animals. Shame, looking for a new vet after all this time :(
Took our pets here for years. Our dog needed annual tooth cleaning ladt month Tech took a look and said he needed between 4 and 9 teeth pulled. Quoted $1100 to $1400! We were devastated and even considered having him put down as we don't have that kind of budget. Luckily we sought a 2nd opinion. No extractions needed. Bloodwork, anesthesia, nail trim and cleaning, $330 out the door. Shame on these new vets at Jones. Shame!

Love JAH so much! When I was a pet store employee, they took anything I could throw at them in stride--hamsters, ferrets, snakes, birds, and once a tarantula. Now that I no longer work at the pet store, they're the only vet I'll take any of my babies to (cats, snakes, lizards, hedgies, rats) and my first and highest recommendation to anyone looking for veterinary care. Dr. Jones and his staff are welcoming, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was over an hour early for my visit today. They invited me in without hesitation. Put my tortoise and I in our very own room, where we watched Nightmare Before Christmas. The wait was maybe 10 minutes. Absolutely loved the experience. And my tortoise was totally at ease with the Dr. no stress whatsoever.
Jones has been taking care of my babies for over 20 years I highly recommend
Took my dog in for treatment of annual hay fever. Was given an ineffective antibiotic, no antihistamine, and my dog suffered for another week and a half until I found a vet who treated the obvious (from history) problem.
