If I had a six-star max rating, then I would give the overall experience six stars. It was very easy going through the sales processwith a great up-front, no haggle price. All my questions were addressed beyond a satisfactory level. If you ever want to buy a new Ford or pre-owned vehicle, then I would recommend giving this dealer a shot.

Union Auto Ford has a lot guts. They have a new Shelby gt350 Mustang that has been sitting on their lot for over a year and even got hit by hail, and they still refuse to budge. Their arrogance is extremely astounding, and frankly to be honest, really disgusts me. Their only mustang even has some damage to it. The rear bumper sags pretty bad, to the point where it looks like someone hit it, and the owner said "that's normal". answered all of my questions just ended up not what I was looking for.
Received e-mail back quickly that day that the 2017 had a recall on a door handle. Was told that they could not sell the truck until the recall was fixed. Called back a week later to see when recall would be fixed. Dealer did not know for sure. We told dealer to give us a call when recall was fixed. That was three weeks ago. Have not heard back.Went some where else to purchase.

Unfortunately Federal law prohibits selling a new vehicle with an open recall.Ford announced recall 17S33 on October 17,2017 so we can't sell a new 2017 F-150 that has this recall (not all 2017's do, but the truck you wanted does).As I told you we don't know when Ford will publish instructions and provide parts to fix the issue, I'd hoped it wouldn't take this long, but as of today there is still no information as to what we'll be replacing and it is totally out of our control as to when Ford will move forward on this.
