First off, I’d like to say that Jenna was the absolute queen, foundation, and soul of the community. Union Arms made a grave mistake losing her. After Jenna’s exit, there were noticeable lapses in community and continuity of care. From constant water shutoffs, plaster falling from the ceiling, maintenance issues and untimely solutions to tenant grievances, a literal pony show stomping above me as i type this missive. Don't bother renting here unless you enjoy constant water shutoffs to the entire building, the full absence of any communication from management, and the mishandling of what little communication does occur. They will reply to Google reviews like every rental company, but not email. Phone calls will get you to a person, but the issues will not actually be handled until a month later, MAYBE. Place absolutely sucks since Jenna, the previous office manager, left suddenly. The laundry room being the biggest issue for me personally. I guess there have to be at LEAST 200 people in the building and there are only 4 washers and 4 dryers. 2 of the dryers are constantly broken. I've been told from the repair man that the apartment needs to have some part replaced or taken care of, and they don't, so the same issues keep happening and he keeps coming out bit theres not much he can do until they do what they're supposed to... read more

Union arms was in the capable hands of Jenna, the building manager when i moved in in 2022. She made the move in process as easy as possible and she was always a sweetheart, she was like the building 'mom', she would always try and help with any issues i had and she really made the building worth living in, but after she left in May of this year, the woman they hired as her replacement; Aisha - well, her lack of skill in this role is concerning to say the least, she would turn off the water without notifying the tenants, too... read more

Water shut offs very frequently and trying to contact management regarding the issue is not helpful. There have been times where it’s been off for multiple days. Today water was shut off without notice (I will say typically there is emails, but recently with only a few hour notice). Basement is very humid, highly recommend multiple dehumidifiers to prevent mold/mildew. Washer and dryer situation isn’t ideal. A few are broken and takes multiple dries even on small loads.
