I moved in last week to Union Arcade, and I could not be happier. Jodi was great in helping me thru the leasing process and getting me settled in for my stay here, and she really went above and beyond in giving me access after hours when I arrived. I would recommend Union Arcade community if life takes you to Davenport, Iowa. Very cool property!
If I could give 0 Star, I will! They enter your apartment without your permission. Not cooperative at all. Avoid living here! The people who have given them good ratings are the ones who work for them.
Good apartment at a good price. However, I moved out 2 months ago and have been leaving messages about getting my security deposit back. I have even talked to them on the phone about it. I am still waiting. They have given no explanation, and no status update on my security deposit.
Two reviews here are managers! Do not expect amenities as promised. Entryways had pigeon poo and vomit always. TVs in laundry not working 4 months.you will Not receive all your Deposit at move out. Trumped up repairs and cleaning. First time I never recieved all my deposit. It's not a fair place. You pay extra to park. Homeless everywhere. Restaurants and bars downtown are decrepit and nasty.
