My boyfriend and I have never had any issues with the apartment itself, but when it comes to management, they lack professionalism. At the time of our move out, we had a scheduled walkthrough at 10am, which management did not show up to. It wasn’t until later in the day someone responded and said it was due to an “emergency”, but there was no communication prior to inform us of this from anyone on the management side.
I moved in last week to Union Arcade, and I could not be happier. Jodi was great in helping me thru the leasing process and getting me settled in for my stay here, and she really went above and beyond in giving me access after hours when I arrived. I would recommend Union Arcade community if life takes you to Davenport, Iowa. Very cool property!
If I could give 0 Star, I will! They enter your apartment without your permission. Not cooperative at all. Avoid living here! The people who have given them good ratings are the ones who work for them.
Good apartment at a good price. However, I moved out 2 months ago and have been leaving messages about getting my security deposit back. I have even talked to them on the phone about it. I am still waiting. They have given no explanation, and no status update on my security deposit.
