The incompetence of their webstore is truly amazing. Over a week after I placed my order and no response. I had to call their store, to finally get a response only to be told there is a "discrepancy" and that the item is no longer in stock. The discrepancy is that it took you over a week to look at my order.
My experience Friday 5/22/26 with my Raffle win was so awesome with Kate she accommodated me to pick my shoes cause I had to work. Other places would not do that. Thank you so much you are awesome
45 minutes waiting and counting
Still waiting on my fragment 1s red royal color way. They shipped a week later after I ordered them got all the way to my FedEx in my city for it to update and say package damaged returning to shipper… I got a hold of them a week or 2 later only for them to say they have my size and will reship but no update just says waiting on shipping info. I’d like a refund at this point feels like I’m being scammed. You call tge number straight to voicemail send a email it takes days sometimes weeks for a reply.
