It was my Dad's first time at USC. We are very happy. We were offered a lot more at 1 visit than we had with our previous Urologist. We are hopeful for the outcome.
Friendly and knowledgeable. My recent visit went very well with little wait time.
Hunter-Moreo was great, very pleasant,and helpful as well. She made sure I didn’t have any other questions, or confusion about what we had talked about. I felt the girls at the front desk were a bit unfriendly, and I felt like I was bothering them when I checked in, and asked them a question later. I feel like they just need to be a little more attentive, and courteous to the patients coming in. I had the same experience with them when I had to call for an appointment.
Hunter Moreo PA is very pleasant and takes her time talking to you about what she found in any test results. Answers all your questions and is genuinely concerned for you and your health care
