Wonderful experience with Dr. Unterberg and his staff — always professional, and never any delay in appointment times. For years, I dealt with constant nighttime urination. She is very kind, professional and knowledgeable! As to the unio system, blah. After my surgery I went to ER after hours. They called the unio after hours line to reach doctor Unterberg. No call back, The service tried again. No call back. They tried again, no call back. Again and again...no call back. They NEVER CALLED BACK! It seems like some guy is running unio out of his garage. I was rather desperate...and they just ignored me. Unio pretends it's something it is not. It is not a first rate system.
