Dr. Is knowledgeable and pleasant. Disconnect between Dr. and office Scheduleing with Dr. telling patient an urgent test needs to be done the next Tuesday only to have staff say it is only done on Thursday ( with next available out two weeks). So much for Urgency . Dr. Roberts should meet with his office staff and try to resolve issues like this. Option: refer to other associates that have greater flexibility on scheduling execution.
