I do not appreciate being talked down upon and laughed at by staff because I'm in pain. Sat for hours without being seen and I'm a single father. Then told me to leave like I'm trash while laughing. Thanks for not only disrespecting me, I was showed that by all staff I will be judged. I'm enraged. My kids our over 20 miles away from me I'm injured and sick asked a question to get laughed at. I have every right to post this. 😡🤬👿
They suck 3 hours of diagnostic & nothing blood samples no stool samples
This is an excellent hospital. Occasionally, some of the security ppl can be slightly rude to financially challenged visitors, & a bit gruff over falling asleep in the ER. But, if you need to go to the ER after midnight, + it takes 6 hours to be seen bc they are busy that night, it’s pretty hard not to start to doze off, and they don’t need to be rude about it. 3 Hour Wait Time Very disappointing experience The wait time at Scripps Mercy Hospital was extremely frustrating. I understand that emergency departments can be busy, but the amount of time I had to wait was unreasonable, especially while I was feeling very sick. What made the experience worse was the attitude of some of the staff. Instead of feeling listened to and cared for, I felt dismissed and like my concerns were an inconvenience. Doctor was ruder than hell, they didn't address a severe allergic reaction I was (and currently still am) experiencimg whatsoever. They strictly want to cover their own ass and liabilities and nothing more. Included is a picture of both my hands for comparison of normal vs the allergic reaction they did not address.
