Very disappointed and frustrated with the entire process and staff. First they made me wait for 1 hour for my appointment, then they told me to "watch some tutorials on youtube" to learn how to perform self injections for my prescription. Moreover, there have been several issues with my prescription and my pharmacy still needs additional information to fullfill my prescription despite several calls to the office. I've been wasting way too much time for a simple prescription. Extremely disappointing.
