Great people! They all treat us very nicely and are very personable. Know us by name and always exceed on expectations!
Member of Unify since 2000. Unify as become more cumbersome to use. The latest debacle is that if you try sending more than $200 to a new recipient via Zelle, Unify has taken it upon themselves block the transaction; The Unify representative blame fraud. I ended up using my Wells Fargo account which has no such limitation. UNIFY, put verifications in place as other banks have instead of governing limits beyond those of Zelle. or Allow members to opt-in or opt-out of your stifling, over governing, security measures. Went on Friday September 1st, 2023. Hours showed opened until 5pm. I arrived at 4:10pm. Doors locked. Not cool!
Worst customer service.. I gave my ss# twice she says give another one. Some very uneducated ppl work there
