An absolute Joke! Do whatever you can to steer clear and use a different company!
I have been a customer of SB the Personal Insurance (now Unifund) company for years. NO LONGER! I have tried for weeks to get through to their office, to no avail. The number rings and rings, then the line hangs up. I had to go through the Johnson Insurance claims number and their rep patched me through to Unifund. I have decided to cancel my policy with Unifund and they are charging me a $116 cancellation fee. The nerve!!! If I could give LESS THAN 1 STAR, I certainly would.
been on hold now for 22 minutes. No one yet. Just want to pay my bill !!!!!
