With Yonkers and Sears gone It is a former shell of its greatness. There are less kiosks and customer service at the stores are deplorable. It is time to close it.

The old rent a cop that you have on the Segway gets off on breaking small children’s hearts and reprimanding parents for drinks (that aren’t in the play area) today he kicked my second grader out of the play place that we regularly come to play at and always see teens and preteens playing at as well. I’m very disappointed and angry. Shame on him.
I barely do shopping, but they got me yesterday with their crazy deals. All the stores had everything out, like in fairs, for very low prices. I’ve never seen American eagles doing deals like that before. Even the teen who was running a kiosk by the food court, wish to remember the kiosk name, was so friendly and gave me discount without asking. The only thing I didn’t like was that the food court was so busy and the maintenance lost control by the mid of the day, but overall was a good day. Definitely coming back for more d... read more
