got singled out by the Segway God for not having my mask on properly as he says. he was extremely rude and while leaving I counted and pointed out 11 people with no mask at all. he said nothing to them. I wont be back and hope nobody else has the same experience with the Segway God wannabe
Your goon on the scooter singled me out for not wearing a mask while at least 5 others near me were not wearing them ,, I was told I have to wear one which I have no problem with that but until it’s a federal law and or on private property he can’t tell me what to do ,, no more empire mall for me
Do you want to know why malls are failing- because they don’t keep things updated. Both the website and Facebook say the mall opens at 11- so be open at 11. There 25 cars by ONE entrance wanting to get in and they all left. Everything says open at 11 on Sunday. Ridiculous.
We came to the mall today, and I was disappointed that the nursing rooms and family bathrooms were closed. If the regular bathrooms can be open so can the nursing room...
We went there yesterday and the food court was filthy. The tables were dirty and there was a foul smell. I won’t be coming back. There wasn’t one person cleaning either.
Not the mall itself. But the arcade within. The owner has set a lip inside the giant lollipop pirates chest in order to make it impossible to win. Hopefully the mall either makes him fix this or orders him to leave. As this type of trick is not considered a “rigging” or setting the win rate. This is blatant cheating and theft on the owners part
Recommendedmy fav part and the mall is the fact that most of the time its always open and i love going there with my girls AND i've had some GREAT shopping memories BUT famous footware shoes in my eyes is over priced. but other then that i love the mall
No travel is advised today, but here I (and every other stores teams) am driving in dangerous conditions to work at the mall. My usual route of I-29 is closed so I’m plowing through 3+ foot drifts on side roads. I found pavement, it’s covered in ice so that’s nice. The only “customers” I’ll be having today are unsupervised teenage girls that will trash my store and have approximately zero dollars to spend. Every time a store closes at Southern Hills Mall in Sioux City I know all I have to do is take a road trip to Empire Mall and I’ll usually be able to find what I’m looking for. My Daughter lives in Sioux Falls so that’s another plus!!! Shop til we drop and get a full day in bonding at Empire Mall❤️
