Brianna was the absolute best! She found me the most comfortable plus size scrubs! I’m a 3xl because of my arms and butt. Other scrub stores didn’t carry my size and made me feel like I was the only plus size individual in the Carolinas! She heard my complaints about the other stores and hyped me up because she could tell I was really down. I will definitely be back!
I bought 4 items here but was double charged for one of the tops. When I called to alert the store to their error and ask what I should do, I was accused of stealing and told they would have to confirm I wasn’t a thief before they would consider a refund. One of the worst customer service encounters I’ve ever experienced. Do not shop here.
There was a sign on the door stating back in 10 minutes during business hours. I was standing outside for over 20 minutes. Such an inconvenience
Customer service was spot on! I struggle to find scrub tops that fit my figure and Ivory was very helpful and didn't rush me! Ivory and Briana did a great job. I will be back!
