There was a sign on the door stating back in 10 minutes during business hours. I was standing outside for over 20 minutes. Such an inconvenience
Customer service was spot on! I struggle to find scrub tops that fit my figure and Ivory was very helpful and didn't rush me! Ivory and Briana did a great job. I will be back!
Just by the reply from the company alone, I won't be spending my coins there...bad business
I will say that the young lady at the checkout was very nice. However, the older woman (not sure if she’s the manager/owner) could use some training in customer service.
