After getting pre qualified paid inspection pick nice house put down depsit $1000 inspection $535 they said I'm not qualified then they say get cosigner then they they wast qualified unprofessional lost everything tears.....appraisal done application fee $500
Great Place and Great People!
Do not use this company for a mortgage. Tried back in October 2018 was told I qualified on my own. Started the process then they said I would need a cosigner. Got a cosigner gave them everything they asked for over 60 days paid $600 for apparaisal paid down few other things and there was a problem hade to wait 60 days to re-apply. Reapplied in April now appraisal was no good had to pay another $750 for new appraisal, revalidate all the information only for them to ask for continued information.
