I read your reviews from other people. Who are these people? None mentioned that they had to pay a fee for the services. Friends of employees of Unified Document Services? I also contacted Unified Document Services and spoke to a couple of there representatives. One by the name of Heather Larson. Both assured me that I qualified for a loan forgiveness. I was pretty much buried in student loan debt with no end in sight. I kept calling my servicer to try to get help. My balance has gone up, and my payments seem to be going nowhere. I heard about a loan forgiveness program but when I called my servicer they just told me I don’t qualify. After I spoke to a representative at this company, I now know that I DO qualify, and they’re starting the process immediately. Finally getting somewhere. Thank you guys so much.

I just spoke to a Rep at this company who was able to explain to me in detail what my situation is with my student loans. My servicing company told me that I was in an "Income Based Payment Plan", but really what I had was 15 different loans with FedLoans, all with different rates, and they were asking me for a $700 a month payment. When I told them I heard about loan forgiveness, they kept pushing me off and not sending me the correct paperwork over and over. So glad I came across this company. I graduated from a Technical Institution with $57,000 in student loan debt, and a job making $22,000 a year in a totally different field since I can’t find a good job. My loans were torn apart with a company called fed loan and Navient . My payment was $550, and I cannot pay that. Called them to see if they could help, no help at all. I Was under so much stress from my student loans until I called this company and they were able to fully explain my current situation, unlike my student loan servicer who always gave me the run around, and then they helped me consolidate my loans into the best program available. They saved me money, time and headache, and the representative I spoke with (Chris) was very knowledgeable and patient. They’re there for me every time I call with questions, Very pleased with the service.

SPOKE TO A REP THERE NAMED HEATHER, SHE WAS REALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO ME. I’VE BEEN PAYING ON MY LOANS FOR 5 YEARS NOW, AND THE BALANCE HAS GONE UP. I’VE BEEN MAKING EXTRA PAYMENTS, EVERYTHING I CAN DO TO MAKE HEADWAY WITH NAVIENT. TURNS OUT THEY WERE TAKING ALL MY EXTRA PAYMENTS AND “SETTING THEM ASIDE” IN CASE I WENT INTO DEFAULT. I would like to thank UDS for helping me with loan consolidation. They were very helpful and accommodating. I have been stressed out with my loans for about 5 years now. I owe over 20,000 in school loans! I never knew where to start or how to start at that. They taught me all I needed to know to take care of these loans! Thank you

I'm lucky I heard about Unified Document Services! I have been dealing with this loan situation for a while. After talking to an old college friend, they gave me this number. For too long I've been watching how much I spend and trying to pay off this loan as fast as I could. Now I don't have to worry about anything!
