I had all my stuff including my dad's ashes, My mother and father funeral book , very important papers, when I called to tell them I would be out there the next day to pay in full, I did just that and when I got there the woman who was there said my unit had been auctioned off. I phoned a number she gave me and I spoke to another woman she was extremely rude. Really enjoy this facility; good owners who care. It's never fun paying for a locker However, when you have: -good owners -fair price -great location -lights inside unit -snow removal What more could you want?
