Things sitting in one place for days.then getting delayed again in another location, all in the US nothing to do with customs.Very difficult to contact. Getting put on hold for 30 minutes or more and getting cut off. If you reach a person they really have no answers. Useless auto email answers . Bot that can’t deal with anything complicated, like why is my package stuck in one place for 5 days. They just suck!
