I had a great experience through and through. From calling to getting an appointment, to showing up early to fill out the forms as a new patient. Getting help with a referral. Getting care and being able to get everything done at once. The staff was really helpful and kind. The Dr was also very understanding and supportive. I have definitely found my clinic for all my needs.
TERRIBLE! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT SHOWING UP. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, MY DAUGHTER HAD A UTI AND SHE WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF PROPERLY. THEN THE MA OR NURSE WAS SUPER RUDE WITH A BAD ATTITUDE ROLLING HER EYES. THEN THEY DIDN"T WANT TO TAKE MY HEALTH INSURANCE WHEN THE CALL CENTER STATED THEY DO TAKE MY INSURANCE. SUCH A HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO THERE.
