If you want a disastrous cleaning service, look no further. We paid over $1000 for bond cleaning of a 1-bedroom, 40sqm unit, but they had to come back three times. Even after the third attempt, the cleaning was still not up to the standards required by the real estate. The oven control panel was still dirty, there was hair in the bathroom, and the kitchen cupboard doors were missed. Jess and the team did a great job on our bond cleaning resulting in a 100% refund. They were very thorough and did an excellent job on older carpets and walls. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The clean was done well but overpriced. For a one bedroom one bath very small apartment it was $792. Was disappointed when the price changed by over $100 for a tiny balcony that does not even fit a chair across it. Will not be using again.

Recently we did our bond cleaning with this company and they superbly cleaned our house in a way that our real state agent fully refunded our deposit. I highly recommend them for bond cleaning. I am really grateful for their immediate response. They are well communicated and responsive.
