Service was not provided. I suspect they deliberately looked for excuses not to carry out the job. Refund was promised and then refused. I have now lodged formal complaints with Fair Trading and ACCC regarding Unibond Expert Services. Avoid this company.

If you want a disastrous cleaning service, look no further. We paid over $1000 for bond cleaning of a 1-bedroom, 40sqm unit, but they had to come back three times. Even after the third attempt, the cleaning was still not up to the standards required by the real estate. The oven control panel was still dirty, there was hair in the bathroom, and the kitchen cupboard doors were missed. Booked Unibond Expert Cleaning for Lease Cleaning in Brisbane, and they exceeded expectations. The agent was impressed with the cleanliness. Best Brisbane cleaning service we’ve used so far.
