Was fine at first, spent an hour waiting to talk to customer support. However, my main issue was that they left my package outside where anyone could have took it instead of the mail area.
Ordered something for my wife's birthday, Uni Uni was in charge of delivery, they brought me a random package 📦 for a business 2 miles from my home, then brought a second package the following morning, to my next door neighbors house, the same business, it is now my job to deliver these packages to strangers, not only that, the driver dropped a little girls Christmas dress on our driveway, not address on that one.This is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my life, 60 minutes hold time on the phone and if ... read more
