Head laceration requiring 11 staples. I will say the tech/ nurse there is very sweet - however The Doctor used NO numbing of any kind ( it seemed they don’t have it - nurse mentioned a numbing cream that couldn’t be used since it was an open wound ) I had to endure the cleaning, the staples, the removal and replacement of 3 staples that the doctor said “ turned “ with no numbing of any kind. 5 days later, I could see 2 staples were IN the cut instead of straddling it , 2 were very loose at the end of the cut and very painful... read more
I haven't bn to Urgent Care ALOT but I've gone to this one and 1 other but this one so far I bn to this one the couple hand full I have been coming here. I enjoy how that how the staff does nurses treated me.. Also if my insurance doesn't cover it just bc of it being written in a wrong way for them I called and that only took maybe 9 -10 minutes .. iand I had to call the urgent care they had to call me back then call the pharmacy and they did it in record breaking time .. You couldn't ask for a better, nicer.,more kind doctor. The receptionist was also very professional and calm even though a lady was stressed and panicked.
She was absolutely wonderful taking care of me. Her customer service her hospitality. Everything about her was five star. Great job kayla B
All the people there are really nice, and they treat you like a friend, not just another patient
