I was a patient a while ago and teresa help me with checking in didn't understand the online stuff she was great and pleasant was amazing and so was Zack and kara. They all helped me and I feel great thanks to them
The lady at the front desk needs to be more professional and respectful. I work at an urgent care and sit at the front desk and if I would of spoken to a patient rude on the phone I would of gotten in trouble. I understand that people can be mean and rude but we all should try to make a difference in the world. The doctor and clinic staff where amazing. If you don't like your job then find a new one.
