Get more knowledgeable practitioners. My daughter went in for a pre-work physical. Being honest, she said she was in recovery. The physician's assistant said she needed to talk with her boss and left. Talk about what? Put down on the form that she was in treatment -\-\ clearly ignorant about the difference between in treatment (in a facility) and in recovery. The front desk receptionist was super sweet, as well as the tech who took my sons vitals. My only suggestion to the tech is when you are preforming a rapid step test not to touch the outside wrapper of the swab with the swab you’re putting into someone’s mouth. That contaminates the swab as well as introduces germs into the mouth. We saw Dr Adedamola Falokun. I’ve never been to an urgent care before, I was expecting to have a long wait.. this place was fast, friendly and efficient!
Work on your customer service. I called with questions and was answered with someone who seemed annoyed that I even called. Sorry I made you do your job. Will never step foot in this facility due to the lack of professionalism by your staff.
After some not so good experiences, I am not normally a fan of urgent care centers, but tonight I took My 11 month old son to this facility and had a fantastic experience! From triage to our exam, everything was awesome! Clean center, nice staff and the PA Angie Bennett (I think was her last name) was amazing with my son! Thank you for providing great patient care to my son and I tonight!! I highly recommend this center!! �
