I have been coming to this location for years and its due to Martha! Shes kind efficient and a master of her craft. Go to her if you want the perfect wax! Would recommend her 1000x to anyone.

Martha was absolutely amazing — professional, kind, efficient, and made the entire experience comfortable. She truly knows what she’s doing and is the only reason I would consider returning. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was the complete opposite. Vanessa was extremely rude, dismissive, and had a consistently nasty attitude. Her lack of professionalism and basic customer service made an already frustrating situation worse.
