I called to cancel my membership and they had advised that for the month of April the transaction had already been processed but that starting May it would no longer be charging me. Come May, I was once again charged for the monthly amount & i’ve tried calling multiple times to get in contact with Valeria and no luck. They keep telling me valeria is the only person who can look into this for me and that the membership shows as canceled but it clearly has not been canceled. I had to call my bank to open a claim. Great experience, easy to get the appointment. Very clean and well maintained place. Martha did a great job. After many waxing experiences I can tell she is probably the best person I have ever had. Virtually painless, fast and precise.
