I rarely leave bad reviews, but this company has been a complete disaster. They have lost my package not once, but twice, and took zero responsibility for it. Their delivery process is careless—no proper locker code provided, no clear communication, and packages left in random lockers with no numbers or way to identify them. My package was thankfully delivered to the right house, however. It is pouring rain outside the delivery driver tossed the package over the fence without properly delivery to the front door. I came home to a soaked package that started falling apart. I'm disappointed that the driver did not have the common sense and courtesy to place the package under proper covering like the front porch that's mere couple feet away from the fence.
