Went in to get a quote. Took a while for anybody to show up. Took some measurements when they got here said they reach back out in a week. It has been much longer than that timeline. I've heard nothing. Whatever issue they had didn't share it with me I just wanted to know if what I requested was possible. Seems that was not even in the realm of possibilities to get a real answer from them. Disrespect and disregard are not off the table for them it seems. The remodeling UNI Design completed for us was exceptional and everyone we came into contact with at UNI was so professional and they treated us like we were family or friends. We highly them for any remodel needs you might have.
We are very happy with our pergola & deck and had the pleasure of enjoying our new outdoor space all summer long. Thanks to the UNI Design team for doing such a great job from start to finish. The final project looks amazing, is well built, and we've received several compliments from our neighbors. I highly recommend UNI Design and will consider them again for future projects.
We hired UNI to build a dining room extension using our existing deck footprint and we love the finished product! There were delays and hiccups just like with any large construction project, but our project manager Isaac kept us informed at every step. They accommodated slight changes a few times in the project and set (and met) expectations for how those changes would affect timeline and budget. We would recommend UNI to anyone!
