Really shotty work. Left electrical fire hazards, left behind tons of materials and trash, they don’t clean up after themselves and left my place a total mess. Boot stains all over the floors and rugs, leaves dragged through my apartment, half empty energy drink cans left behind. And on top of all that the amount of time it took them was insane, multiple weeks for maybe 200 square feet. Few years ago Ungerman did floors, some trim and paint on the main floor of my townhouse. It was remediation for water damage. First thing they screwed up is painting the bathroom the wrong color. Had to get their 18 year old painter back and he repainted. There are still areas on the wall where it needed another coat and he also got roller splatter all over all the white porcelain on the toilet and sink.
