This company has sadly decided to not finish our remodel post mitigation because we called them out on not properly accessing and addressing our water damage. When we raised concerns and the estimator dropped us as client the next day. This employee was unfriendly when he came to our home to do the inspection, and everytime I asked a questions or concerns abruptly cut me off several times. Insurance suggested Ungerman as they were in “network”. Mitigation process went smoothly, I was very pleased with that. However, the remodel of the basement was a nightmare. I hate leaving reviews like this but here we are. Originally, Ungerman said it would take 4 mo. from start to finish, then got pushed to 6 mo. then to 8 mo. and eventually after all said and done it was 12 mo start to finish.
