Ungerman really came through for my family when a pipe burst in our lower level causing a bad flood throughout. Everyone was extremely nice, polite and respectful. And when things weren't right, they made it right. Would recommend

I had a small leak in a pipe inside a bedroom wall. The leak impacted most of my house as it damaged floors and walls on the main level as well as ceilings and floors on the lower level. Ungerman did an excellent job cleaning up and drying out the spaces, estimating costs for repair and providing great contractors to get the repairs done. I have never experienced a homeowner's insurance claim and they helped me through the entire process.

Ungerman was recommended by my insurance company after a damaging plumbing leak. Cannot say enough positive things about the company and their team. So professional, thorough, and communicative throughout. And, on time! I was back in my home in time for Thanksgiving with time to spare. Would hire them again for repair or remodel in a heartbeat!
