Had an appointment today for an estimate on some hardwood floor refinishing. No call no show.

First off , I apologize for not showing but the family matter was more important then business. My son was and is in emergency room , and yeah I should have called her buy overwhelmed , frustrated and worried by situation. Anyway placing a bad review just for a no show to the appoiment is quite unusual.
Like most responsible property owners, I wanted 3 quotes on my floor. Mike with Ung Professional Hardwoods was my second quote. He showed up on time and could not have been more helpful in helping me decide how to properly care for my very expensive hardwood floors that had been damaged by a previous tenant.
