This place is such a joke!!!! They never pick up the phone. I have a freaking medical emergency, waiting for biopsy result and they never pick up the phone. They don't treat you like a human, you are just a number. Oh, and the hours are a joke too!!! 9am to 12:30pm? And not even picking up the phone, I'm calling every 20 minutes. IDIOCY!
