I managed to get it jumped and got it to Unfranchised. Honestly embarrassed that I trusted these people for my vehicle. I was warned not to go here but still went anyways because I thought I could trust them. After dropping $1700 I had to bring my camper back two weeks later for them to tell me I would have to spend another $600 at least on something that should have been fixed in the first place. After bringing my camper to another mechanic, he felt terrible that someone could charge me such an absurd amount for the little work that was done and then to miss the fuel tank leak.... read more
I brought two cars in for an inspection and after almost $350.00 on one car, neither one passed; I brought the car that had the work done, to my regular mechanic, and after laughing at the prices I paid at U.A., he told me that the remaining problem (the one that prohibited the car from passing inspection)didn't exist and gave me a sticker for my car. I believe that they are uncouth and unscrupulous.
cannot say how thankful I am for the kindness two men at the garage showed me today. I was next door at the real estate office and ran over a curb (I know, I know,) but my car got stuck in the curb, front end dangling off. I couldn’t reverse abd going forward would have destroyed my car. I ran over to see if they had any suggestions and they immediately came to my aid. They jacked my car up level, put some blocks under my tire and helped me reverse off the curb, all with just a minor scratch on my bumper. It’s hard these day... read more
