I hired this company 3 months advance to do my baby shower when the day of my event they showed up at the same time my guest arrived to decorate. I was very embarrassed and disappointed. when I told the owner how I felt she just apologized and did not offer half refund or any accommodation. I will never hire this company again.

I did the linen for the tables and chairs and also a balloon arch through this company and was very pleased with the service especially after me changing my mind twice, she was patient and very professional. I will definitely recommend and also be going through them for any future events.
