I do not recommend. the 2 senior consultants kept making inappropriate comments towards each other, creating so much tension and drama in the air. They were both bickering and disagreeing and I felt like I was getting pulled in all directions. One consultant was rude to my sister stating "I do not work for you" when she casually suggested a dress that was my style. The energy felt suffocating. Amazing personalized experience! Charlene took time to get to know me and really chose dresses that were my taste and fit great. The outlet sale is totally worth it, great prices! I'd recommend this place to any bride in the North to help you shop local and get great personal service, like they say it's a service industry not just a dress shop! Their covid protocols made us feel incredibly safe and I was so very very happy with everything!

These lovely ladies are the kindest, warmest spirits in town. As someone on a tight budget, (and having no idea what I even wanted!) they worked with me, and were so patient and encouraging. When I found the one, the infamous Tony came and showed me what he could do with the dress and somehow made a perfect dress even better.
