I arrived at midnight for my 1 a.m. appointment and checked in on time. They told me to wait in the parking lot until they called. I wasn’t called until 3 a.m., when they finally gave me a dock. After that, the unloading dragged on until around noon. The whole process was painfully slow and poorly organized. Bring your own food and be ready for a long wait.
*update after 2 year* I came back. Look like the wait time got even worse. Checked in 130 for a 2 am apt. Went into the empty lot staging waiting for a call. Wokeup 5 am no call so i drove up to the guard again and asked whats going on . He was dead sleeping knockedout.. walked into recieving and asked whats going on then sec later someone called me for a door.. now at the door and god k ows how much longer to wait Do not arrive early, receiving start 3 am, they will send you down the block to a dirty lot for staging until r... read more
Terrible terrible terrible. I arrived at 12:40am for 4am appt. Didn’t get call for a door until 7:38am 😑. Got in the door didn’t get done until 10:21am. Dry van load. Was literally the last truck out 😮💨 parking is 3 driveways down. Huge open dirt lot
