My 1 star review may be unfair and I may update it in a while When I arrived I saw 2 trucks at what appeared to be the entrance. At first I thought it could be a line but a truck came from another direction so I drove around them because I saw a sign on the building that say’s receiving. Went inside and they told me check in with security. ( I never saw the security building because there was a truck parked in front of it. ) I walked in but the security guard told me go out and come back in . Pretty bad. Don't come early. Not a lot of room to maneuver and if they don't have a door for you, you have to park outside the lot and most of the time the one and only place to park is fuuuuull and you'll be driving around at 2am looking for a place to wait for a call to get in a door 🤷 makes complete sense oh and the guy in the security booth HATES his life so don't bother trying to communicate with him even though it's the only way to get a door
No parking and cant park anywhere around. Had to move 3 miles looking for somewhere to park. Security guy is definitely an ashore. Definitely not worth the rate.
Absolutely ridiculous, check in 12am wait till 4am, got door at 4am unloded 8am. Still waiting for paperwork.
