Robert and his crew did a fantastic job on my property and for a neighbor who flagged him down. I had 2 huge overgrown Bradford Pear trees that I needed to remove since one was blocking a street light and one was lifting my driveway slab. We had 8 tress taken down. I was amazed watching how they took them down in sections and cleaned up afterwards. It was not an easy job but they got it done. I would recommend Underwood Tree Service !!
If Andy estimates your service and Bonny does the tree work it’s barely adequate. If Robert the owner shows up, refuse entry to your property. Robert is unprofessional, quotes one price then tries to demand more 1/2 way through the job. After 26 years in the business, he should have estimating down pat. I needed a stump ground down in the front yard, contacted Robert directly and worked out a time to have the job done. Had to reschedule due to utility marking issues but they were flexible and did the job while I was at work. I am satisfied and thought the price was reasonable as well, thanks.
